useful online rehearsals with the four players who will premiere my piece <em>Moon <\/em>in October, as part of the Taipei International New Music Festival.\u00a0 The festival is administered by ISCM Taiwan, and\u00a0<em>Moon\u00a0<\/em>was selected by the jury in a call for works last year.\u00a0 It&#8217;s exciting to hear how the piece sounds, and I&#8217;m pleased to say I judged the sounds quite accurately, with the difference that the players are so good, it all sounds even better than my inner ear imagined.<\/p>\n<p>The four superb players are:<\/p>\n<p>Chun-hao Ku (alto sax)<\/p>\n<p>Xiao Yi-Fei (zhonghu)<\/p>\n<p>Yu-Ying Chang (marimba doubling vibraphone)<\/p>\n<p>Jing Mu Kuo (guzheng)<\/p>\n<p>I learned an immense amount from these discussions.\u00a0 Screenshots below:<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u9031\uff0c\u6211\u8207\u56db\u4f4d\u6f14\u594f\u5bb6\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u76ca\u548c\u6709\u7528\u7684\u9060\u8ddd\u6392\u7df4\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u4f5c\u70ba\u53f0\u5317\u570b\u969b\u73fe\u4ee3\u6a02\u7bc0\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc 10 \u6708\u9996\u6f14\u6211\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u300a\u6708\u300b\u3002 \u8a72\u85dd\u8853\u7bc0\u7531\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u73fe\u4ee3\u97f3\u6a02\u5354\u6703\uff08\u5373ISCM\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u5206\u652f\uff09\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0cMoon \u5728\u53bb\u5e74\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u5fb5\u66f2\u4e2d\u88ab\u8a55\u5be9\u9078\u4e0a\u3002 \u807d\u5230\u9019\u9996\u66f2\u5b50\u7684\u8072\u97f3\u5f88\u4ee4\u4eba\u8208\u596e\uff0c\u6211\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u5730\u8aaa\u6211\u5c0d\u8072\u97f3\u7684\u5224\u65b7\u883b\u6e96\u78ba\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\u6f14\u594f\u8005\u975e\u5e38\u597d\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u5207\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u90fd\u6bd4\u6211\u5167\u8033\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u9084\u8981\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56db\u4f4d\u6f14\u594f\u5bb6\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u9867\u921e\u8c6a\u3000\uff08\u4e2d\u97f3\u85a9\u514b\u65af\u98a8\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u856d\u5955\u98db\uff08\u4e2d\u80e1\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u5f35\u80b2\u745b\uff08\u6728\u7434\u517c\u986b\u97f3\u7434\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u90ed\u9756\u6c90\uff08\u53e4\u7b8f\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5f9e\u9019\u4e9b\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e2d\u5b78\u5230\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u6771\u897f\u3002
